If you are a consumer purchasing our service for personal use, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date of your purchase.

Our services provide immediate access to digital content and API usage credits. Once you begin using the service or consume API credits, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to withdraw under applicable consumer protection laws.

Partial refunds: where some credits have been consumed, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund for the unused portion calculated at the original purchase rate. Partial refunds are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Invalid or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension, permanent loss of access to the service, and recovery of any associated fees.
